Short and sweet version - 2 weeks, I went to an interview with a company. There are 2 interviews - back to back.
This Wednesday was 2 years. He followed with a call on Monday to ask about the situation with a response of "We are still reviewing applications."
I received an email today saying, more or less, that's my credentials are impressive, but we decided to follow the other candidates.
I certainly do not feel qualified for this position in person. I have a 3.3 GPA, which is part of the 3 companies had the honor, and an ambassador for the school.
I believe that society does not give me the opportunity and certainly wants the job.
In any case, what can I do as a reaction to the genericE-mail sent me to work with this company?

You're a good candidate, they would, but someone else better qualified. Plain and simple. Call the person to whom the letter and thanked them for the examination and ask you what it takes to the next most qualified candidate time.
Frankly, I have been renting a large number of people directly out of school, and GPA, fraternities and honor societies of little importance to me. Quest for practical experience and relevant work. The last person hired for the police on campus worked and wrote quotes. That said, I could handle stressful situations and do it with tact. A dismissal of the head of campus police checked. The work that he has been claimed in no way cooperate with law enforcement, but is an indication of their abilities and potential as an employee.
