I usually just shave it off ... Shoulder, I use regular shaving cream?

Have you tried the har-gel phase. I had a similar problem with shaving cream and tried. He trembled a little, but so much better.
I think it is red for a few hours. I rub the cream of aloe vera in the afternoon. Bumps and itching in the near future.
